Alright. Many thinkings have been done over the past few days, and I think we’ve finally come up with a Rapidshareless solution.

Basically, the problem was that the site is having far too many ‘hit and run’ downloads, meaning people would just find the site through Google, grab the shit and leave. I daresay this was probably about 80% of people that visit the site. The others, who’ve actually registered on the forum we were running, and those who comment, we really appreciate that, as it shows some people actually know we’re putting the effort in to provide all this shit for you.

But anyway, all these ‘hit and run’ downloads were driving our bandwidth up far too high, and because our host is so shit, if the bandwidth gets too high, they cut us off, meaning no more Blag. So in order to push it back down, some changes have to be made, and over the next few days you’ll see them being implemented.

Audio.thevalency.com is soon to be locked up, and only viewable through certain locations, namely, the new forums. If you click the forum tab above, you can now see we have a real forum. Not some shitty integrated fail software. Use the forums. If you were registered on the old forums, you need to re-register.

The game plan is to shut off access to audio.tv unless you visit it through a forum URL. We’ll be working out specifics and shit over the week or so. But basically, the jist is that if you’re one of our awesome members that regularly contribute to the site, DarkSquad, MVR, Chase, Patho, etc, you shouldn’t really be affected; but to those who just rock up, grab what we put up and then leave, you might need to get a bit more involved.

Comments are now disabled - bar this post -, in order to get whatever talk that normally occurs here on to the forums, and rather than each post being direct linked to audio.tv, it’ll be linked to the associated forum thread.
